Inside knowledge. Working for you.
Before opening her criminal defense practice, Megan Bradshaw served as an Assistant Chief felony prosecutor at the Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney's Office. Over nearly a decade, she handled hundreds of criminal cases, from misdemeanors to serious felonies, and tried fifty jury trials, including numerous child sexual assault and intimate partner violence cases. When she left the office, she was the Assistant Chief of the Special Victims Unit.
That time on the other side of the courtroom gave her a deep understanding of how the State builds its cases, evaluates evidence, and negotiates plea deals. Today she uses that knowledge for one purpose: protecting the rights of people accused of criminal offenses.
Every case gets a prosecutor’s eye for where the State is weak.
Trial tested.
Defense focused.
Years in misdemeanor and felony courts taught her how cases are built, argued, and won. Every one of those lessons now goes into your defense.
